Edoardo Giglio is a defence and technology strategist at the intersection of cyber strategy, defence policy, geopolitics and emerging technologies. A Partner at Deloitte, he leads classified programmes and the EU Policy Centre Cyber & Defence, advising governments and critical industries on hybrid threats, defence technology and strategic resilience. Previously, he was a technology entrepreneur, served with New Scotland Yard as a covert operations officer, and consulted to the US DoD. He has worked across 48 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He holds multiple advanced postgraduate degrees, completed doctoral research on defence technology innovation, and authored Tech Tides: How Innovation Shapes Global Power, published by Bloomsbury.
