“The spirit of our endeavour is, To strive, to seek, to find and not to yield”

Alessandro Minuto-Rizzo, President

Held behind closed doors, this December panel is the first instalment of a two-stage high-level conference that will continue at the beginning of 2022.

It is conceived and organised in close cooperation with the NATO Defense College for its Generals, Flag Officers and Ambassadors’ Course (GFOAC), a high-level programme that seeks to enhance mutual understanding of security concerns, as well as of NATO’s interests and capabilities among Generals, Flag Officers, Ambassadors from NATO, PfP, Med Dialogue, ICI, Contact Countries and Iraq.

The Foundation’s series of conferences Game Changers stems from the intention to frame and analyse the looming challenges that will shape the future of international security. Notably, this year’s discussions will address “The complex of Indo-Pacific instabilities“, starting with a comprehensive overview of the region, then deepened on the issue of security implications of the rise of China (risks, opportunities, technologies, deterrence, next Strategic Concept, etc.).
The event will be held of course in full compliance with all the anti-COVID regulations in force.
